Artist's Comments

I don't really know how useful this will be to anyone, but here is a step by step guide to how I go about painting something. It should be fairly self explanatory - the only tools I used at this stage were the airbrush and paintbrush, both on the fairly generic default hard round brushes.

I used the lovely Naomi ([link]) for reference for all three paintings in the series, everyone should go and look at her gallery right away.

Thanks for the walkthrough. It's really amazing to see the process you went through to create something so beautiful.

Finally a walkthrough from you, I've always wondered how you paint, even though most of the brushstrokes are visible.

Miss Nowak! Yes I remember seeing her around here and there! :D

Ooh. Thank you for this. I love how you paint (and I really liked this picture) and I've kinda been hoping for another "this is how I do it". You use a tablet, right?

For the texturing on all your paintings that gives them that final touch, what do you use?
